Sorry it has been a little bit since I posted. This last weekend A went to Kansas City with her grandma Karen to a wedding. This was the first time that she has been away for that long by herself, and the first time she has been apart from T. T hated every minute of it! She whined everyday all day about how she missed A and wanted her home now! When A came back after being gone for a couple days, she looked like she had grown another few inches and was even more grown up! Just goes to show just how much you should cherish your time with your children. I can't believe that A is already 6 and T will be 5 in 3 months. WOW! They are getting so big!
This week has just been very busy, I have been in the books everyday AND NIGHT since last Thursday! Going on about 3 hours of sleep a night and it is starting to catch up! :) Maybe I can catch up a little bit this weekend. No big plans for the weekend except Tinley has been asked to be in a wedding Oct. 18th and we need to go get her dress! Otherwise, probably just MORE STUDYING! I can' t wait to be done :) Sorry no pics this time!

What a weekend!
Well, we decided to not go to Spfld because I had a ton of school stuff, and then ol IKE showed a bit of himself in So. Illinois. So we were out of power from Sunday at 6am until today at about 12:00pm. Fun, Fun Fun!!! Not at all!
The girls did have their first dance lesson last week, and they really enjoyed it!!! Avery came out of her shell! Her instructor told her about 8 times that "she was a natural" she really surprised me too! I was very proud of both of them! They did great! They will have a recital in December, so they are learning their tap dance already! Memories! :)
School is going. It is very overwhelming at times, but I am going at it full force so I can be done. I just want to be done and get my RN and look to relocate!
This week is another busy week, Avery was supposed to have her school pictures today but that didn't happen, her school was closed due to the power outage. So, school, homework, dance lessons, work etc... busy busy! I will re post later this week.

Dance! Dance! Dance!

Well anyone who knows our family or anything about us knows that we love to dance! All of us! Always have always will, so we are very excited that the girls are starting dance lessons tomorrow night! They had to try their dance clothes on tonight so here is their picture. I will let you know how it goes...
Tinleys 1st Day of School 2008

Well she finally got to go to Preschool today after being down with the chicken pox for a week! She was so excited this morning...well not counting the "I am not wearing this" ordeal that we had to address at 6:30am! She reminds me so much of my sister C when she was little :) (Lord Give Me Strength) So just thought I would post her picture from this morning.

The Daily Grind
Thought I would do a quick post tonight. This weekend went by pretty quick. I had my first clinical for this semester on Friday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. It went well. Friday night we spent time with the girls! T still didn't go to school, her chicken pox weren't all scabbed up yet, A did go to school on Friday which lead to of course......lots of homework...her favorite thing ?!?! She did bring her spelling test home from last week and she got a 100% :) I was so proud of her! So Friday night I had the girls try on their fall/winter clothes to see what still fit, and poor A, she didn't fit in to one item of clothing for the Fall, no jeans, no long sleeve shirts nothing......So needless to say we took the girls Saturday to get some Fall clothes. We took them to the outlet mall and found some great deals! Thank goodness! So we have a little bit for now. Saturday night the girls camped at grandma and papa Trammels in their camper. They had fun! Sunday was the day to clean, do laundry, finish homework etc... get ready for this week. Nothing too exciting, but definitely a full weekend.
Just wanted to say Happy Grandparents Day to my mom and dad and Karen and Terry, my grandparents, and Brad's grandmothers. Our girls are blessed to have suck wonderful grandparents!

Labor Day Weekend
Well we had a great weekend, Friday night we were at B's parents and the kids swam in the pool with their cousins Landon and Dawson. Saturday morning we left for Springfield and ended up meeting mom and dad in Nashville, IL for lunch so the girls could see grandma Shelle and PaPa Denny since they were headed to Tennessee. Saturday night we went to Cassie and Josh's and the kids played and we had some great food.......especially the Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Dip.....(thank you Kylee, since I know you are reading this :)) It was really nice hanging out with family and friends! The kids really had fun and played really well together! Sunday my aunt Lisa and cousin Abbey came over to mom's, Cassie and Josh brought the kids over and we grilled out and chit chatted....it was very nice to see them, it had been awhile. Sunday night we took the kids to the Ethnic Festival with my brother Tony, we had a bite to eat and then the kids got to ride some rides, they had fun and that is really what matters most.
Monday morning our plans were to leave mom's and go to Lindsey and Seans. Well Tinley woke up that morning scratching her back saying something had bit her, so I lift up the shirt and there are three red bumps up on her shoulder blade, didn't think too much about it, got everyone dressed, then noticed she was scratching her neck, another bump.....didn't look like chicken pox, no blister like bumps, in the car, now she is scratching her arm, shoulders, and lower back....Brad's mom calls us on the phone to tell us that Dawson had gone to the ER Sunday night and has the chicken pox!!!!! ................................................................I called Lindsey and told her we wouldn't be coming :( I called Cassie, no answer left her a message that I thought Tinley had the chicken pox and wanted to give her a heads up...............I felt terrible about being around those kids, I kept thinking back to every little one that we came in contact with over the weekend and I am trying to let them all know. Went to Aunt Denise and Uncle Johns for breakfast on our way out of town and the girls decided that they were going to run in the irrigation sprinklers.....they had a blast! So we got home lastnight and Avery now also has the chicken pox! Great timing huh?
So, Tinley didn't get to start school today, no dance classes tomorrow, they are really bummed! Yes, both girls did have the Varicella vaccine also, so at least it shouldn't be too bad of a case, but it has been a fun couple days of the pox already!
Worst part of the whole weekend................................I FORGOT MY CAMERA!!!! :(
